Starting the Quest

Talk to Y'shtola in the Waking Sands in Vesper Bay in Western Thanalan to begin the quest.

Speak with Portelaine

Go to the Observatorium in Coerthas Central Highlands. Enter the building near the east gate of the Observatorium area and talk to Portelaine to complete the quest. There will be a cutscene. This one is important, so it is recommended to watch it either now or via the Unending Journey in an inn room.
