Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest A Beeautiful Plan.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Y'shtola in the Rak'tika Greatwood to begin the quest.

Aether Current Quest

Upon beginning this quest, you can now start the blue quest "The Great Deceiver" in the Rak'tika Greatwood. Completing that quest will attune you to an Aether Current in this area.

Speak to Runar

You can either teleport to Slitherbough or you can go southeast and through the tunnel that leads to Slitherbough. Go to the quest icon on the map and talk to Runar to proceed.

Wait by the Fire

Go to the quest icon on the map and check on the sparkling Destination. There will be a cutscene. This one is important, so it is recommended to watch it either now or via the Unending Journey in an inn room.

Speak with Urianger

Talk to Urianger to complete the quest.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to Urianger to accept the next quest: Put to the Proof. There will be a cutscene.
