You and Lyse prepare to depart to investigate the Imperials' cannon.

This quest is available if you have completed the quest For the Living and the Dead.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Lyse in Ala Ghiri in The Peaks to begin the quest.

Wait for Lyse at Nyunkrepf's Hope

Go east and then northeast to exit Ala Ghiri. Continue going northeast until you reach a pond. Go east along the edge of the pond to the quest icon on the map. Check on the purple Destination and defeat the Guardian Beast that appears.

Afterward, check on the sparkling Destination. There will be a cutscene.

Speak with Lyse

Talk to Lyse to complete the quest.

After you complete the quest, talk to Lyse to accept the next quest: The Path Forward.
