This quest is available if you have completed the quest Dawntrail.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Bol Wuruq in Tuliyollal to begin the quest.

Speak with Br'uk Evu

Go east along the beach toward the quest icon on the map and enter the roofed area. Go to the counter and talk to Br'uk Evu.

Find a Table Somewhere in Xbalyav Ty'e

Go to the quest icon on the map and check on the sparkling Empty Seat. There will be a cutscene.

Speak with the Landsguard Gatekeeper

Go west and up the stairs, and continue going west to reach the Aetheryte Shard. Use it to go to Vollok Shoonsa, then go northwest through the palace door. Go up the stairs and continue going northwest to reach the quest icon on the map. Talk to the Landsguard Gatekeeper and say Yes to enter Sunperch. There will be a cutscene.

Speak with Gulool Ja in the Backroom

Teleport to Solution Nine and use the Aetheryte to go to Neon Stein. Go east and then south through the door, then talk to Tassos and say Yes to enter the Backroom. Talk to Gulool Ja to complete the quest. There will be a cutscene.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to Gulool Ja to accept the next quest: Alexandria Mourns.
