Hien knows of a possible energy source that can be used to power a barrier in The Burn.

Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest Shadows in the Empire.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Hien in the Kienkan in the Doman Enclave to begin the quest.

Speak with Y'shtola in Reunion

Teleport to Reunion in the Azim Steppe, then go to the quest icon on the map. Talk to Y'shtola to proceed. There will be a cutscene.

Speak with Hien

Talk to Hien to proceed.

Speak with Cirina in Mol Iloh

Go north to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Talk to Cirina to complete the quest. There will be a cutscene.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to Y'shtola to accept the next quest: The Will of the Moon.
