Wheiskaet's test involves procuring exotic food and drink for an upcoming banquet to be held by Master Gegeruju. Your first destination is the South Shroud.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Wheiskaet in the eastern side of Eastern La Noscea to begin the quest.

Speak with Landenel

Go to the South Shroud, attune to the Camp Tranquil aetheryte if you haven't already, and talk to Landenel to complete the quest.

My Feisty Little Chocobo

Nearby, Docette should have a blue quest for you called "My Feisty Little Chocobo", if you haven't done it already. It is strongly recommended to accept this quest at this time, if you have not done so yet. Completing it will allow you to summon your company chocobo to fight side-by-side with you as your battle companion. As your chocobo levels up, it can learn abilities to help you in battle.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to Landenel to accept the next quest: Trial by Turtle. There will be a cutscene.
