This quest is available if you have completed the quest In Search of Meaning.
Starting the Quest
Talk to Sphene in Solution Nine to begin the quest.
Speak with Malachite
Go north and use the Aethernet Shard to go to True Vue, then go northwest to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Talk to Malachite to proceed. There will be a cutscene.
Speak with Wuk Lamat
Go east, then south to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Talk to Wuk Lamat to proceed.
Search the Area for the Simulant
Go west, then south to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Check on the sparkling Destination to proceed. There will be a cutscene.
Speak with Sphene
Talk to Sphene to complete the quest.
Next Main Scenario Quest
After you complete the quest, talk to Sphene to accept the next quest: The Meeting. There will be a cutscene.
