Nidhana asks you to go with Varshahn to obtain giantsgall for the new talismans.

Requirements

This quest is available if you have completed the quest Shadowed Footsteps.

Starting the Quest

Talk to Nidhana at The Great Work in Thavnair to begin the quest.

Speak with Varshahn

Go outside and go east to the quest icon in the minimap. Talk to Varshahn to proceed.

Speak with Varshahn Again

Talk to Varshahn and say Yes if you are ready. You and Varshahn will automatically travel to the outpost, and there will be a cutscene when you arrive.

Gather Information

Go north from Varshahn and talk to Imhudi, then go south from Imhudi and talk to Nahbdeen, then go northwest from Nahbdeen and talk to Khuteeyu.

Speak with Varshahn Once More

Go southeast to the quest icon in the minimap and talk to Varshahn to proceed.

Mount the Hamsa

Check on the nearby Hamsa and say Yes to mount it. Go south up the slope, then go east to where the orange arrow is pointing in the minimap. Ride the Hamsa into the glowing circle at the destination. You will automatically dismount.

Speak with Zeynuha

Go north to the quest icon in the minimap and talk to Zeynuha to complete the quest.

Optional: Thavnair Aether Current 2

You can optionally go northeast to find a nearby Aether Current. You can use the Aether Compass (found in Main Menu > Duty > Collection) to help you pinpoint its location. Check on the Aether Current to attune to it.

Next Main Scenario Quest

After you complete the quest, talk to Zeynuha to accept the next quest: Tipping the Scale.
