A list of all of the Warp Zones that can be found in Super Mario Bros. 1.

Overview

There are three Warp Zones in Super Mario Bros. 1. The first is in World 1-2, and the second and third are both in World 4-2. See below for information about how to find these Warp Zones and where they warp to.

The World 1-2 Warp Zone

The first Warp Zone is near the end of World 1-2 and can only be reached by using the rising platforms to get on the ceiling. Keep going to the right along the ceiling to find this Warp Zone, which allows you to warp to World 2-1, World 3-1, or World 4-1.

The First World 4-2 Warp Zone

The first Warp Zone you can reach in World 4-2 is reached by climbing a vine hidden in a brick just after the first moving platform that you find in the level. See World 4-2 for full details. This Warp Zone lets you go to World 6-1, World 7-1, or World 8-1.

The Second World 4-2 Warp Zone

The second Warp Zone you can reach in World 4-2 is reached via the moving platforms near the end of the level, which are just after a short flight of stairs. Use one of these platforms to get on the ceiling, then keep going to the right along the ceiling to find this Warp Zone, which allows you to warp to World 5-1.
