This page explains how to reach the inside of the large freshwater biome that is found at some dive sites.
What is the Large Freshwater Biome?
Every Dive Site has one large biome and several smaller biomes. One of the possible large biomes is the freshwater biome, and it can be difficult to figure out how to get into the interior of it. See below for images of the biome with an explanation of how to enter it.
Where to Enter the Large Freshwater Biome
The images below show the locations where you can enter the freshwater biome. For more details, scroll down past the images to the sections about the well, the island, and the interior of an island.
The Well
One way to enter the biome is to go down a well at the corner of the biome. This is noted in the pictures by a red arrow pointing to a small black dot. If you go down the well, there is a tunnel partway down the well, at a depth of 35.
The Island
Another way to enter the biome is to go to the "island" at one of the corners of the biome and look for the entrance that is indicated by the red arrows in the images above. You will find an opening with some stone columns in the side of the island where the arrows are pointing in the images. This leads to a tunnel that will take you to the interior of the biome. In the images above, a red line shows the path through the tunnel to reach the interior of the biome.
The Interior of an Island
Inside the freshwater biome, there is a round island. The entrance of this island is on the seafloor. You can either go down to the sea floor and circle around the island until you find it, or you can look at the images above, where a red arrow is pointing through the tunnel into the interior of the island. Entering this island will unlock a Mystery Board square.
