Go south past the two scientists who are blocking the path to the lake, and you will find a Paralyze Heal.

Go south up some stairs, and go southwest past the person standing in front of the building. You will reach Seven Stars Restaurant.

In the restaurant, you can battle the people at the tables.

At the southwest table, Veteran Emanuel and Lass Blythe have two level 21 Bidoofs, a level 23 Machop, and a level 23 Bronzor. You get 2704 Pokédollars for winning.

At the northwest table, Artist Ismael and Beauty Harley have a level 23 Psyduck and a level 23 Mr. Mime. You get 2944 Pokédollars for winning.

At the northeast table, Gentleman Leonardo an Madame Rebecca have a level 22 Lopunny, a level 21 Starly, a level 20 Glameow, and a level 21 Hoothoot. You get 8692 Pokédollars for winning.

At the east table, Cameraman Darryl and Reporter Valerie have a level 23 Murkrow, a level 21 Luxio, and a level 21 Pikachu. You get 2120 Pokédollars for winning.

If you go southwest from Valor Lakefront, you reach a dead end in Route 213 where you find a bottle of PP Up.

Go north from there to return to Valor Lakefront, then go east to the stairs and go south to enter Route 213.
