01 Digital Clock You can use the clock to see what time it is. The Pokétch comes with this app already installed. You can get the Pokétch by Finding the Clowns in Jubilife City.
02 Calculator You can use the calculator to perform basic arithmetic operations. The Pokétch comes with this app already installed. You can get the Pokétch by Finding the Clowns in Jubilife City.
03 Memo Pad You can use the Memo Pad to make notes. The Pokétch comes with this app already installed. You can get the Pokétch by Finding the Clowns in Jubilife City.
04 Step Counter/Pedometer You can use this to count how many steps you take, even when riding the bicycle. Press C to reset it to 0. The Pokétch comes with this app already installed. You can get the Pokétch by Finding the Clowns in Jubilife City.
05 Pokémon Party List Use this to see which pokémon are in your party, what their HP is, and whether they are holding an item. The Pokétch comes with this app already installed. You can get the Pokétch by Finding the Clowns in Jubilife City.
06 Friendship Checker Touch and hold a Pokémon to see if it displays any hearts. If it moves away from where you touched the screen, it has low friendship with you. Talk to a person in the Eterna City Pokémon Center to get this app.
07 Dowsing Machine Touch the screen, and if there are any hidden items nearby, they will appear as dots. Move toward the items until the Dowsing Machine says that you are next to it, then check that location to find the hidden item. Dawn/Lucas will give you this app the first time you go south from Route 206 (Cycling Road).
08 Pokémon Day-Care Nursery Monitor Use this to see which pokémon, if any, you have left at the Pokémon Day-Care. If the Day-Care Man has found an egg, the egg will be displayed in this app. Talk to the person sitting on the bench in the Pokémon Nursery in Solaceon Town to get this app.
09 Pokémon History Shows the most recent pokémon that you have caught. Tap a pokémon to hear its cry. Talk to the person in Solaceon Town who wears a hat and backpack and is standing on the road near the Pokémon Center to get this app.
10 Counter Press the + button to increase the counter by 1. To reset the counter, you can switch to a different Pokétch app, or save and close the game, or encounter a wild pokémon. Go to the Veilstone City Department Store and go up to 2F. Talk to the southernmost person behind the west counter to get the Counter app.
11 Analog Clock Use this to tell the time. Talk to someone in Celestic Town to get this app.
12 Marking Map Roaming pokémon (Mesprit, Cresselia) will be displayed on this map. You can also drag and drop the symbols to any location on the map. After you get at least three gym badges, talk to the president of the Pokétch Company in Jubilife City to get this app. The president is standing in front of the reception desk on the ground floor of the Pokétch Company building. If he doesn't give you the Marking Map app right away, keep talking to him until you get it.
13 Coin Toss App Tap the coin to flip it. Talk to one of the people in the bungalows at Hotel Grand Lake, which is in Route 213, which is east of Pastoria City, to get this app.
14 Calendar Shows the current date. You can also highlight dates by tapping them. In Sunyshore City, there is a house north of the lighthouse that you can only reach with Rock Climb. Talk to the person in the house, then show them a Pokémon with a Serious Nature (the search feature in your Pokémon Boxes lets you search by nature).
15 Dot Artist Draw pictures. Tap the same dot to make it cycle through darker shades or reset it. In Sunyshore City, there is a house north of the lighthouse that you can only reach with Rock Climb. Talk to the person in the house, then show them a Pokémon with a Naive Nature (the search feature in your Pokémon Boxes lets you search by nature).
16 Spinner Here is an example of how to use this app: If you need help making a decision, draw the options on the spinner, then press the ▶️ play button to make the arrow spin, and press the ⏹️ stop button to make it stop. Then you can choose the option that the arrow is pointing at. In Sunyshore City, there is a house north of the lighthouse that you can only reach with Rock Climb. Talk to the person in the house, then show them a Pokémon with a Quirky Nature (the search feature in your Pokémon Boxes lets you search by nature).
17 Chain Counter This app shows the best chains that you have gotten with the Poké Radar. To improve your chance of chains, you should catch the Pokémon that you encounter, rather than KO them. You get this app when you visit Ramanas Park for the first time.
18 Kitchen Timer Set the amount of time to count down, then press Start to start counting down. Press Stop to pause it and press Start to continue. Press Reset to set the timer to 0. In the building at Ramanas Park, show the girl north of the counter a Snorlax to get this app.
19 Color Changer Change the slider to change the background color of the Pokétch. In the building at Ramanas Park, show the girl north of the counter a Kecleon (only catchable in Brilliant Diamond) to get this app.
20 Hidden Moves Tap the name of a Hidden Move to use it outside of battle. Obtain the TM for the Hidden Move to add it to this app. The moves you can add to this app are: Rock Smash, Cut, Strength, Fly, Defog, Surf, Rock Climb, Waterfall. Go northeast in Eterna City to meet Cynthia, who gives you TMs for Cut. This adds the Hidden Moves app to your Pokétch.
