After the goblins get a pickaxe, they visit the nearby diamond mine and the apple tree beside it.

How to Clear Gobliiins Level 2

Switch to Hooter/Ignatius and right-click to turn the cursor into a fist. Click on the apple to the right of the leftmost apple. Then click on the rightmost apple. This will make the apples grow bigger. Then switch to Bobo/Asgard and right-click to turn the cursor into a fist if it isn't already. Click on the two big apples to hit them and make them fall.

Switch to Dwayne/Oups and right-click to make the cursor an open hand. Click the ground nearby to put the pickaxe on the ground. Then click one of the big apples. Change the cursor to a fist and click on the gap in the bridge in the bottom middle of the screen to drop one of the big apples into it. Go get the other big apple and do the same.

Then pick up the pickaxe and go to the sparkling spot on the left side of the screen. Change the cursor to a fist and click the sparkling spot. Change the cursor to an open hand and click on the diamond to pick it up. This completes the level. Click the flashing "Go" on the right side of the screen. Make a note of the code in the bottom-left of the screen ( ICIGCAA), then click anywhere to continue to the next level, Outside the Wizard's House, Part 2.
