You find Jiosin Shrine near the Hyrule Field Chasm, south of Lookout Landing.

Jiosin Shrine is south of Lookout Landing, near the Hyrule Field Chasm.

Shape Rotation

Go down the stairs, and you will see a wall with an X-shaped slot in it. Go through the door in that wall, then use Ultrahand to pick up the object off of the floor. Hold the indicated button and press the indicated buttons to rotate the object so that it is pointed away from you, and you will see the X-shape of the object. You can push the object through the X-shaped hole this way (press the indicated button to move the object forward without having to walk forward if needed).

After you pass the object through the opening, go back through the door in the wall, then drop the object over the gap up ahead so that you can walk across it like a bridge. Make sure to rotate the object if needed so that two of its sections are flat, so you can jump over the small gap between those two flat sections.

On the other side, go through the door, then go through the door in the wall on the right, where there is an object made of two cubes. Rotate this object so that you can push it through the opening in the wall. You will need to turn it to be horizontal instead of vertical.

After you have moved it through the opening, pick it up, and you can optionally place it against the wall where there are some platforms and a chest. Place the lower cube in the sand pit, and place the upper cube against the wall. If the upper cube has a gap beneath it, you can use Ascend to get on top of the cubes. Then jump up the platforms to reach the chest, which contains a Hasty Elixir.

Now pick up the object and rotate it again so that it will fit through the hole in the wall across from you. This can be done by having one cube in front and one cube behind. You might find it helpful to look at the object's glowing shadow on a wall and rotate the object until the shadow matches the shape in the wall. When you have rotated the object correctly, push it through the opening.

Now go through the door to where you dropped the object. Rotate it so that the upper cube is sitting partly on the short platform, and the lower cube is on the ground next to the short platform. This allows you to jump up onto the higher cube, and from there jump onto the platform at the top.

From there, you can check on the glowing object to receive a Light of Blessing.
