Northwest of Lookout Landing, you will find Ishodag Shrine at the Quarry Ruins.

Shrine Location

Ishodag Shrine is at -0880, 0419, 0049, which is northwest of Lookout Landing.

A Windy Device

Up ahead, you find a fan. Place it flat on the ground, pointing upward, and hit it to activate it, then jump and use the Paraglider to go upward on the gust of wind from it. Glide onto the ledge.

There is another fan up ahead, as well as a wooden board. Attach the fan to the top of one of the ends of the wooden board, so that the fan is facing away from the center of the board. Place the wooden board in the water, rotate it to face the opposite side, and jump onto it. Hit the fan or the wooden board to activate the fan (you can throw an apple at it, for example). It will propel you to the other side.

Off to the side, you see a treasure chest on a stone slab. You can grab and move the chest with Ultrahand to make the platform flat, but the platform will just rotate back after you let go. So attach a fan to the bottom of the rotating stone slab so that when you hit the fan to activate it, it will push the stone slab away from the wall and make it stay in position with the treasure chest on top. Then use Ascend to reach the top of the platform and open the chest. It contains an Opal.

Go back down and you will see a small basket next to a short platform. The basket is attached to a rail in the wall. You can attach fans to the basket, but if you only attach one, it won't be enough to push the basket up, so attach two fans, then get into the basket, and swing a weapon to hit the fans. It will take you to the top of the area.

Check on the glowing object at the end to get a Light of Blessing.
