You find a horn player, Eustus, who needs help getting out of a hole near Tabantha Bridge.

Quest Location

Talk to Eustus at -3648, 0769, 0117, which is west of the Tabantha Bridge Stable, which is near the Makurukis Shrine.

Help Eustus Escape

Attach the flat metal plate to the top of the wagon, then attach the two balloons to the metal plate, one on the front and one on the back. Attach the two flame emitters to the inside of each balloon's basket. Then attach just one fan to the back of the wagon. (Two will make it go forward too quickly.)

After this is done, talk to Eustus and ask him to get into the wagon. Move the wagon so that the front of it is not too close to a wall, then hit the wagon to activate all of the Zonai devices attached to it. The wagon will go up and forward. If it goes far enough out of the hole, there will be a cutscene, and the quest will be complete.

Quest Reward

Eustus will give you three Courser Bee Honey as a reward.
