You find Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower in West Necluda, but the door won't open.

Tower Location

Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower is located at 1342, -1173, 0166, which is southeast of Lookout Landing.

How to Open the Tower

When you arrive at the tower, you find Billson standing outside of it. He needs to repair the tower, but the door won't open. However, he mentions some caves at the base of the hill. Go down to the base of the hill to find Sahasra Slope Cave. As explained on that page, you can break down the boulders to reach a room with a large boulder and two small rocks against the wall. In this room, you can move the boulder away from the wall if you want to reach the Bubbulfrog in the cave, and after that, you can return to the room where you moved the boulder away from the wall, and here you can use Ascend to reach the interior of the tower.

Once inside, you will see two long sticks, one on each side of the door. These sticks are blocking the sliding door from opening, so remove both of them, either by taking them for your inventory, or by using Ultrahand to move them out of the way. Then open the door, and Billson will repair the mechanism in the tower.

Map the Region

After the tower is repaired, examine the terminal to activate the teleport location here. Then step onto the glowing spot in the tower and examine it to be launched upward and map the West Necluda region.
