Gemimik Shrine is located at 4513, 2116, 0001 in the Akkala Sea, east of Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower, at the center of the Rist Peninsula spiral.

Turbine Power

Use Ultrahand to attach the propeller to the top of the item in the center of the room. Then go to the battery and use Ultrahand to pick up the nearby metal plate. Place the metal plate on the electrified terminal and the non-electrified terminal. The item on the end of the long wire will start spinning, which makes the propeller spin. Go up the ramp and float upward with the wind from the propeller. Before you go to where the flames are coming from, glide to the other corner, where there is a treasure chest on a ledge. If you are too low, try gliding up in the wind and then falling partway down, then gliding up again, and move toward the ledge when you start to go back downward again. The chest contains a Zonaite Shield.

Then glide up in the wind again, and this time glide to where you see the flames. Drop a flame emitter on the floor, then hold it at maximum distance with Ultrahand, and attach it to the side of the propeller so it is pointing outward. The flame will light the circle of torches that surround the propeller, opening the bars. Go through and check on the dragon ring to get a Light of Blessing and complete the shrine.
