The starite is attached to a rope above some powder kegs, and there are bombs falling down over the green gate. Somehow you will need to get the starite without making it explode. You pretty much need to keep the bombs from falling, open the green gate, then fly down and flip the red switch.

1. Put an IMMOVABLE INDESTRUCTIBLE BRIDGE below the bomb drop. Give Maxwell WINGS. Flip the green switch, then the red switch, and get the starite.
2. Put an IMMORTAL STEEL CHAIN below the bomb drop. Give Maxwell a JETPACK. Flip the green switch, then the red switch, and get the starite.
3. Put an INVINCIBLE WIRE (STRING) below the bomb drop. Give Maxwell a FLYING LABCOAT. Flip the green switch, then the red switch, and get the starite.
