Maxwell has to go through boot camp and do various things to get through it. First he needs a couple of clothing items to get ready for boot camp. Then he has to be protected during tear gas training. Next, he has target practice, having to use specific types of weapons for each target.

1. Dress Maxwell in FATIGUES and BOOTS. Then go to the right. Put a GAS MASK onto Maxwell, then go to the right. Give Maxwell a GUN and have him shoot the first target. Then give him a KNIFE and have him attack the second target. Then create a SHURIKEN and put it under the moving target. (You can try to throw it at the target but it can be difficult to avoid hitting the dummy. The moving target gets destroyed when it touches the shuriken.) Then go to the right. Get into the tank. Create a RAMP that goes up to the tank barrier, and create an IMMOVABLE BRIDGE and put it on the tank barrier. Then drive over the ramp and bridge. Go to the right to get your Starite.
2. Dress Maxwell in CAMO and BOOT (the singular is considered a different word from the plural). Then go to the right. Put a RESPIRATOR onto Maxwell, then go to the right. Give Maxwell a HANDGUN and have him shoot the first target. Then give him a DAGGER and have him attack the second target. Then create a BAZOOKA and have Maxwell shoot the target when it starts moving downward. Then go to the right. Get into the tank. Create a TANK BARRIER and put it to the right of the mine. Then create LONG WOOD and have it go on top of the two tank barriers. Put a random small object in front of the first tank barrier that will make the tank go upward when it drives over it. Quickly drive the tank over the barrier and wood. Go to the right to get your Starite.
3. Dress Maxwell in CAMOUFLAGE and HELMET. Then go to the right. Put a SCUBA onto Maxwell, then go to the right. Give Maxwell a REVOLVER and have him shoot the first target. Then give him a DAGGER and have him attack the second target. Then create a THROWING STAR and put it under the moving target. (You can try to throw it at the target but it can be difficult to avoid hitting the dummy. The moving target gets destroyed when it touches the shuriken.) Then go to the right. Get into the tank. Create a CRATE and put it to the right of the mine. Then create GATE (WOOD) and have it go on top of the two tank barriers. Put a random small object in front of the first tank barrier that will make the tank go upward when it drives over it. Quickly drive the tank over the barrier and wood. Go to the right to get your Starite.
