After you make it through Galar Mine No. 2 and meet Kabu, you proceed to Motostoke Outskirts.

Explore the Area

The pokémon that you may see in this area are Hatenna, Koffing, Noctowl, Salandit (Shield only), Sawk (Shield only), Sudowoodo, and Throh (Shield only). The pokémon that can be found in rustling patches of grass are Chewtle, Croagunk, Impidimp, Pawniard, Roggenrola, and Scraggy.

Go north from the Galar Mine No. 2 exit and look behind the sign to find an Amulet Coin.

Go south from there to find 3 Great Balls.

Northwest of that, there is a sparkle in front of a rock in the corner. Check on it to get a bottle of PP Up.

South of that, you can battle Madame Caroline, who has a level 22 Yamper and 24 Swoobat. You get 4800 Pokédollars for winning.

West of that, you can battle Police Officer Raymond, who has a level 23 Growlithe. You get 2760 Pokédollars for winning.

Go west and you reach the bridge. There is a sparkle that you can check on to find a random type of Feather. This bridge has four total sparkles per day, each of which is a random type of Feather.

Go west and you will reach Motostoke. Keep going west, past the stadium, to find the Budew Drop Inn (with the green sign with a Budew on it). Go inside.

Battle Marnie

Marnie will challenge you to a battle. She has a level 24 Croagunk, a level 26 Morpeko, and a level 24 Scraggy. You get 3120 Pokédollars for winning.

Afterward, you get Kabu's League Card, and 2 Burn Heals.

When you are ready, go to Motostoke Stadium.
