Talk to Choy near Galaxy Hall in Jubilife Village to accept his request.

Get Hearty Grains

Hearty Grains can be found on the ground near Mirelands Camp in Crimson Mirelands.

Talk to Tao Hua

Go into Galaxy Hall in Jubilife Village and go downstairs to find Tao Hua in one of the rooms there. Talk to him and there will be a cutscene.

Report Back to Choy

Go outside and talk to Choy at the General Store. This completes the request and adds a wider variety of goods to purchase at the General Store.
