Visit the Shrouded Ruins at Night
After you collect all 107 wisps, go to the Crimson Mirelands, sleep until nightfall, and use instant travel to go to the Brava Arena. From there, go southeast to the Shrouded Ruins, where there is a guidance marker if you enable guidance for this request. Go to the guidance marker and approach the statue. Afterward, touch the last wisp.
Reward
You will get 3 Twice-Spiced Radishes. In addition, a Spiritomb will appear behind you. You can catch or defeat it. More Spiritombs can appear in this location now that you have completed the quest.
