At the Thyphlo Ruins, one of the stone slabs refers to an owl protected by dragons.

How to Complete the Quest

Before you can complete this quest, you have to complete the Wind Temple. Then go into your key items and summon Tulin. The owl is south of the skyview tower, in the southern part of the island. The owl is at 0345, 3059, 0174. Stand there and use Tulin's ability to blow a gust of air at the owl. This will reveal a chest.
