You hear a strange rumor that Zelda asked to borrow some farm tools, then never returned them.

Quest Location

After you start the side adventure Potential Princess Sightings!, you can talk to Penn at Wetland Stable, 0881, -0152, 0025, to start this side adventure.

Talk to Izra

Go northwest to the quest location and talk to Izra. Ask him about the princess.

Upgrade the Raft

On the nearby stone in the water, you will see some Zonai Devices. There is a set of controls, a power source, and a fan. Attach the power source somewhere on the raft, attach the fan to the back of the raft, partly submerged, and attach the controls to the front. Make sure that the fan is centered, or you will have to steer against the rotation the whole time.

Then talk to Izra and tell him "I can take you!". Izra will sit on the stool on the raft and will tell you to cut the rope. So cut the rope, then check on the controls. If the fan isn't running, you can hit the power source that you placed on the raft, then check on the controls to steer, using the control stick. If the power source runs out, your own Energy Cell will act as backup power.

Follow Izra's instructions as you go along. When he says "stop near that dock", look for the dock straight ahead, and approach it. You will automatically get out of the raft, and there will be a cutscene.
