Siyamotsus Shrine can be found in the Gerudo Highlands Sky.

Unlit Blessing

Although this shrine looks like a Rauru's Blessing shrine, it is in fact a puzzle shrine in which you must shoot the unlit torches to reach the end.

Shrine Reward

The chest at the end of Siyamotsus Shrine contains a Mighty Construct Bow.
