Sifumim Shrine can be found in the East Necluda region, on the road that goes east from Lakeside Stable.

Shrine Location

This shrine is located at 2826, -3271, 0078. It is on the road that goes east from Lakeside Stable.

Proving Grounds: Flow

Take the weapons from near the entrance. Constructs are going around the water on rafts. You will need to get onto one of the rafts with a Construct on it and defeat the Construct to get its bow and arrows. At that point, you can go to the top level of the raft and try to shoot the other Constructs. You can also try to sneak up behind the Captain Construct and hit it with a sneakstrike.

After you defeat all the Constructs, the gate opens. Go through and open the chest to get a Captain IV Reaper or similar. Then check on the dragon ring to get a Light of Blessing and complete the shrine.
