Serutabomac Shrine can be found next to Hyrule Castle, northeast of the castle proper.

Shrine Location

Serutabomac Shrine is at -0179, 1170, 0280, on the northeast side of the Hyrule Castle area.

The Way Up

Place the metal plate on top of the rails, then use Ascend to get on top of the metal plate.

In the next area, attach the long metal plate to the square plate in a T-shape. Then flip it over with the long piece hanging down, and set the square plate on top of the rail so that the long piece keeps it from falling. Then use Ascend to get on top of the square plate.

After that, there are three metal plates in the next area. Attach them in an I shape, then place it on the spikes along the side of the room and use Ascend to get on top of it. From there, you can reach the treasure chest, which contains a Magic Rod.

Then take the metal pieces apart, and put the long piece flat on the floor. Attach one of the square pieces vertically to the middle of the long piece, and attach the other square horizontally on top of the vertical square. Then pick it up and put the long piece on top of the rails. Use Ascend to get on top of the long piece, then use Ascend again to get on top of the small piece. From there you can go to the end of the shrine and check on the dragon ring to get a Light of Blessing.
