Rutafu-um Shrine is found within Hebra Mountains Northwest Cave, near Selmie's Spot.

Shrine Location

Rutafu-um Shrine can be found by going northwest from Hebra Peak and northwest past Selmie's Spot, where you find Hebra Mountains Northwest Cave. If you go south in the cave, you can find Rutafu-um Shrine.

The chest in Rutafu-um Shrine contains a Topaz.
