A Reflective Device
There is a beam of light shining from above. Go past the beam of light to find a Mirror next to some bars. Use Ultrahand to pick up the Mirror and set it down on the ground where the beam of light is shining, and point the Mirror at the six-sided glowing gem above the bars. This will light up the gem, and the bars will open. Go through.
In the next area, use Ultrahand to move the Mirror through the opening in the bars, then move the Mirror into the beam of light, and rotate it until it is shining the beam of light onto the hexagonal gem. The bars will open. Go through.
In this third area, there is a gem on the floor at the base of the two ramps, and a gem higher up on the wall above the ledge. First, rotate the Mirror from the previous area so it is shining a beam of light through the corridor into the third area. Then use Ultrahand on the Mirror in the third area to shine the beam of light onto the gemstone on the floor. This will make the stone rise and fall, allowing you to reach the upper ledge. Before you go, place the Mirror on the ground, pointing upward, so that it is shining a beam of light straight up.
At the top of the ledge, pick up the Mirror with Ultrahand, and hold it in the beam of light that is shining straight up. Rotate it to illuminate the gemstone on the wall. Then go through the bars that opened and open the chest to get a Large Zonai Charge.
Then go into the next area, where there are some Soldier Constructs. Defeat them, then place a Mirror on the floor in the beam of light such that it shines the beam at an angle past the short wall. Then place the other Mirror in the beam of light from the first Mirror, and rotate it to point at the glowing gem on the wall next to the bars. Go through where the bars were, and check on the dragon ring to get a Light of Blessing and complete the shrine.
