Shrine Location

You can find Oromuwak Shrine at -3061, 1623, 0244. It overlooks Lucky Clover Gazette, near Rito Village in Tabantha Frontier. You can use Ascend on the natural stone arch over the road to reach it.

A Launching Device

Up ahead, on one side of the room, there are two rockets. On the other side, there is a target in the wall, and an angled part of the floor with a groove in the middle. Pick up a rocket and place it in the groove at an angle so that the pointy end is pointing toward the wall target. Hit the rocket and it will launch itself forward. This will open the bars to the next area. Take a rocket with you and go through.

Attach the rocket to the back of the mine cart that is on the rails that go up to the upper part of the room, so that the pointy end is connected to the back of the mine cart. Get in the mine cart and hit the rocket to be launched up the rails.

In this area, you will see three rockets pointing toward the far area. Before you proceed, look at the area above the corner of the room to see a platform high above you. Take a rocket and place it pointing upward on the front of a minecart, and place the cart near the platform that you can see above you. Hit the rocket to activate it, then deactivate it when you are high up enough to jump out and glide to the treasure chest. Open it to get a ruby.

Then go back down, and take a mine cart and place it in one of the grooves with the three rockets, then attach a rocket to the back of it. Get in the cart and hit the rocket. Then check on the glowing object to receive a Light of Blessing.
