Kiuyoyou Shrine is on Rowan Plain, northeast of the Lindor's Brow Skyview Tower.

Shrine Location

Kiuyoyou Shrine is at -1106, 2086, 0104, which is on Rowan Plain, northeast of the Lindor's Brow Skyview Tower.

Fire and Ice

To the left, there is a small switch in the corner. The cube of ice is too large to fit in the space above the switch, so hold the cube near the small torch for a short time to make it slightly smaller, then try putting it on the small switch again. Keep making it smaller as needed until it fits and can be placed on the switch. The bars will open. Go through.

Take the ice cube and place it on top of the ledge in front of the treasure chest. Then use Ascend to get on top of the ice cube, and from there you can open the chest. It contains a Mighty Zonaite Spear.

Now glide up on the wind to reach the far end of the room. There is a stone slab leaning up against the wall here. Take the stone slab and place it flat against the wall where the flames are coming from. This will block the flames, allowing the ice cube from above to land on the floor without melting. If there is a partially-melted ice cube, drop it into the pit to make a new ice cube come down. Then move the cube away from where the flames come out, then take the stone slab and attach it to the top of the ice cube. Place the ice cube on the ramp of spikes and it will slide down to the other side of the room. Glide down to where the ice cube went.

Make sure that the stone slab is still attached to the top of the ice cube, and place the ice cube on the large switch that has flames shooting onto it. The stone slab on top of the cube will prevent the flames from melting the ice. This will open the bars. Go through and check on the dragon ring to get a Light of Blessing and complete the shrine.
