Death Mountain East Tunnel is northeast of the peak of Death Mountain, west of Momosik Shrine.

Cave Location

Death Mountain East Tunnel is at 2767, 2778, 0522, which is northeast of the peak of Death Mountain and west of Momosik Shrine.

Cave Features

The entrance to the cave is blocked by a wall of blue boulders, so you will have to break them down to enter the cave.

There is magma in the cave, so be sure to equip Flamebreaker armor, or use Fireproof Elixir.

Defeat the Horriblin that guards the entrance to the cave, then look around to find a fan. Attach it to the back of the nearby mine cart, place the mine cart on the rail, get in, and hit the cart to start the fan.

Get out of the cart at the first area of solid ground, then go into the opening in the wall here, and you will find this cave's Bubbulfrog.

Leave the Bubbulfrog area, and there is another fan and cart that you can use to go west on the rail. This leads you to an Igneo Talus that has the crystal for the nearby Momosik Shrine. Defeat the Igneo Talus to get the crystal, then attach the crystal to a mine cart, and use a fan to go back the way you came on the rail. Then you can detach the crystal and carry it to the source of the beam to complete The Death Caldera Crystal.
