By clearing trees and rocks on your farm and harvesting crops, you will get the attention of the Earth Sprites.

How to Meet the Earth Sprites

You may notice when you chop down trees, break stones, and harvest crops, that sometimes a small creature pops out, and adds to a number in the corner of your screen. When this number reaches 25 or higher, you will meet the Earth Sprites when you wake up the next day. You can check on the number of follower sprites in the Records section of the status tab of your notebook.

Assign Followers

Earth Sprites can gather items for you each day. In the Earth Sprite Village, you can talk to the Manager Sprite to assign your followers to Leader Sprites. There are different types of leaders for different types of farming tasks, and more leaders are unlocked as you progress in the game (see below for more details). The day after you first assign followers, you can visit the Earth Sprite Village and talk to the Leader Sprites to get the spoils that the followers have gathered for you each day.

Boss Sprite Goods

You can trade the coins that you get from Leader Sprites for special items from the Boss Sprite in the village. Sometimes the Boss Sprite sells crops during seasons when they are not normally available. Be sure to either ship these to unlock them in the grocery store or put them in a Seed Maker if you have one, to create seeds to grow more.

Going To and From the Earth Sprite Village

After your first visit to the Earth Sprite Village, you can talk to the Navi-Sprite to leave or return to the village. The Navi-Sprite will be outside of your house on your farm after you unlock the Earth Sprite Village.

Sprite Spoils

The different sprites in the Earth Sprite Village can give you a variety of items, and will bring a wider selection as you level them up.

Shrine Blessings

When you have 100 followers, a cutscene will occur the next time you visit the shrine in the northern part of Olive Town. After that, you can check on the shrine to exchange Sprite Coins for blessings.
