Gully asks you to find Yorrich so you can set up the Coastlands Camp.

The Request

As you go toward Deadwood Haunt in Cobalt Coastlands, Gully will stop you and you will receive her request.

Go to Gully

Go to the quest destination and Gully will say that Yorrich should still be nearby. You will find him on the southernmost finger of this hand-shaped area. Approach him and you will need to battle a level 34 Chatot. You can catch it or defeat it to proceed.

Reward

After you defeat or catch the Chatot, the Coastlands Camp will be set up.
