Victory Road

With your Gym Badges, you can go through the Pokémon League building in Route 22, and you can pass through the gates in Route 23 to reach the entrance to Victory Road.

Victory Road 1F

In Victory Road, you can encounter Machop, Machoke, Rhydon, and others.

Go east from the entrance and push the tall stone onto the switch.

Then go west, then north up the ramp, then go east past where the wall went down. Then go north, and you can battle Ace Trainer Naomi, who has a level 47 Kangaskhan and a level 48 Venusaur. You get 4800 Pokédollars and 5 Ultra Balls for winning.

Go east from there, and south down the ramp. Here you can battle Coach Trainer Alemana, who has a level 49 Ditto. You get 4900 Pokédollars for winning. After the battle, you get 10 candies for powering up your partner pokémon.

Go north from here, then go to the left. Push the tall block to the left twice. Then you have to either push it up or push it left. To the left, there is a Leaf Stone. Up above, there is TM56 Stealth Rock. To get the other item, keep reading this walkthrough for instructions.

Go east, then south, then west and go up the ramp. Go west past the Ace Trainer and go south down the ramp. Go to the right and check the rocks to find a hidden Quick Candy.

Then go west, then south, and push the tall block down twice. Then you can go south from there and leave the cave. Then go back in, and go back to the block puzzle in the northeast of the area where you could only get one of the two items. This time, push the tall block to the left twice, then push it in the direction that lets you reach the item that you didn't get before.

After you get that item, go east, then south, then west and go up the ramp. Go west past the Ace Trainer and go south down the ramp. Then go west, then north, where you can battle Ace Trainer Rolando, who has a level 47 Rapidash, a level 48 Victreebell, and a level 47 Starmie. You get 4800 Pokédollars and 5 Ultra Balls for winning.

North of the Ace Trainer, there is a set of 3 Ultra Balls.

Go north and go up the ladder.

Victory Road 2F

Go south and push the tall block to the left, then push it down, then push it left onto the switch.

Go northeast toward the wall that went down. Here you can battle Juggler Nelson, who has a level 46 Hypno and a level 46 Slowbro. You get 1840 Pokédollars and 3 Poké Balls for winning.

Go east and you can battle Black Belt Daisuke, who has a level 47 Hitmonlee and a level 47 Poliwrath. You get 1316 Pokédollars and 3 Poké Balls for winning.

Go southeast from the Black Belt, and go south down the ramp. Then go west to find TM45 Solar Beam.

Go east past the two ramps, then when the path goes north, go north. Follow the path until you see a Tamer to the west. Go there and you can battle Tamer Vincent, who has a level 47 Primeape and a level 47 Tauros. You get 2820 Pokédollars and 3 Poké Balls for winning.

Go west from the Tamer to find a Full Restore.

Ignore the nearby ladder for now, and go northwest from the Tamer. Keep going north, then go east, where you can battle Juggler Gregory, who has a level 46 Mr. Mime and a level 46 Alakazam. You get 1840 Pokédollars and 3 Poké Balls for winning.

Go north from the ladder, then east, then south. Here you can battle Ace Trainer George, who has a level 48 Scyther and a level 47 Marowak. You get 4700 Pokédollars and 5 Ultra Balls for winning.

Go south from there to find a Max Revive.

Go north, then west. Check on the water dripping from the wall to get a Fresh Water.

Go west and talk to the police officer to heal up your pokémon.

Go south and you will see a tall stone. Go south of it to find TM51 Blizzard.

Then push the tall block up once, then left until it touches the wall. Push it down once, then push it left four times. Then push it down until it is next to the switch, then push it onto the switch. You will see a wall go down, but ignore that for now. Go north and down the ladder.

Victory Road 2F, part 2

Check the rocks northeast of the ladder to find a hidden Pretty Wing near the stone column.

Go east from there to find a PP Max.

Then save your game and go north. Check on Moltres to start the battle. Defeat Moltres within the time limit for a chance to try to catch it. Use Ultra Balls (it's not recommended to use a Master Ball) and Razz Berries for a better chance to catch it. If you don't defeat Moltres in time, or if Moltres runs away while you are trying to catch it, you have to defeat the Elite Four to make it come back. (Or you can just close the game without saving, and try again.)

Afterward, go south down the ramp, then go west. Go up the ladder.

Victory Road 3F, part 2

Go east, and talk to the police officer to get your pokémon healed.

Go east from there, then go south when you can. Go west from the ladder and check on the rock formation to find a hidden Mighty Candy.

Go northwest from the rocks and go north up the ramp, and you can battle Ace Trainer Alexa, who has a level 47 Dragonair, a level 47 Wigglytuff, and a level 48 Hitmonchan. You get 4800 Pokédollars and 5 Ultra Balls for winning.

Go west from Alexa to find a Max Potion.

Go south from there, then west over the wall that went down earlier. Go south down the ramp, then go southeast. Here, there are two Ace Trainers. The one on the left is Ace Trainer Colby, who has a level 47 Electrode, a level 47 Kingler, a level 48 Rhydon, and a level 47 Pidgeot. You get 4800 Pokédollars and 5 Ultra Balls for winning.

To the right, you can battle Ace Trainer Caroline, who has a level 47 Jynx, a level 48 Arcanine, and a level 47 Golbat. You get 4800 Pokédollars and 5 Ultra Balls for winning.

Northeast of the Ace Trainers, there is a set of 5 Golden Nanab Berries.

Go east from there, and you will find a tall block. Push it into the nearby hole.

Then fall down the hole that you pushed the block into.

Victory Road 2F, part 3

Push the block all the way to the left to activate the switch and make the wall go down.

Go east, and go up the ramp, then go east past the wall that went down, and you will battle Poké Maniac Dawson, who has a level 46 Lickitung, a level 46 Blastoise, and a level 46 Onix. You get 2208 Pokédollars and 3 Poké Balls for winning.

Go east and go up the ladder.

Victory Road 3F, part 3

Go south from the ladder to find a Full Restore.

Go north and you can battle Coach Trainer Ryan, who has a level 48 Primeape, a level 48 Gyarados, a level 48 Arcanine, and a level 49 Tauros. You get 4900 Pokédollars for winning. Afterward, you get TM39 Outrage.

Go down the ladder to the left of the Coach Trainer.

Victory Road 2F, part 4

There is a torch to the right of the ladder. Check on it to find a hidden Mighty Candy.

Then go east and south to find the exit. You will be in the northern part of Route 23.

Make your way north, and there will be a cutscene. Afterward, go north to reach Indigo Plateau. You can use Sky Dash to fly to Indigo Plateau any time.

Indigo Plateau

Inside Indigo Plateau, there is a Pokémon Center and a Poké Mart. You can also find Madam Memorial, who is a Move Reminder. In exchange for Heart Scales, she will teach pokémon moves that they learned and forgot (or could have learned but didn't) at a lower level.

There is also a Super Nerd to the left of the Poké Mart who will give you an Alolan Exeggutor in exchange for an Exeggutor.

Be sure to stock up on healing items. You can change your Party pokémon throughout the Elite Four challenge, but you can't leave the Elite Four area until you have defeated all the trainers (or until you yourself are defeated). If you are ready, save the game, then go north from the Indigo Plateau lobby to challenge the Elite Four!
