How to Complete White King of Cinquleur

The objective is to defeat White King Blanch. He can inflict Poison with his Bio attack, and he has a couple of strong non-elemental attack spells. He can use Cura to heal himself (unless you cast Reflect on him), and he has MP Shield, which causes your attacks to deplete his MP instead of his HP (but once he has 0 MP, you will deplete his HP with your attacks).
