Since Poo is probably still at a lower level, give him the Franklin Badge to help him stay in the fight. Unfortunately, the Franklin Badge can only help one person, so if possible, have Paula put a PSI Shield around the group.

PSI Flash will work almost 100% of the time on these two. Try using it to inflict negative effects on them. If you have at least PSI Flash β, you might get lucky and destroy Thunder and Storm instantly with PSI Flash.

If they take a deep breath during a turn, heal everyone up, because Thunder and Storm's next attack will be "Summon a Storm," a spell similar to PSI Flash, which could kill allies or give them bad status ailments.

Bring along some Big Bottle Rockets to give Jeff some added firepower for this fight.
