Underground Eldin Volcano (north of Volcano East Bird Statue)		 The entrance to the underground is north of the Volcano East Bird Statue, and is accessible after blowing up the lava spout at the end of the spine-shaped bridge. The Cube is on one of the columns that you can land on as you fall in.
Inside the Thunderhead
This area becomes accessible later. The chest is on the large northern island, at the base of the tower.		 Gold Rupee (300 rupees)
Red Column
Temple Entrance Bird Statue		 Go west from the temple and dig in the soil to reveal an air vent. Put a bomb on the air vent to blow up the rocks up above and reveal the Goddess Cube. Then walk onto the air vent to reach it.
Bamboo Island
Around the back of the building.		 Gold Rupee (300 rupees)

Temple Entrance Bird Statue		 Go east from the temple and look for a ramp on the east side of the area with huts and Bokoblins. There is a Goddess Cube at the end of the ramp.
In the northeast part of the Sky, southeast of Beedle's island. Land on the higher level of the island, then climb down the vines on the side to reach the chest.		 Treasure Medal
Red Column
Eastern slope of the volcano		 Run onto the air geyser on the east side of the slope, to reach a column with soft soil on it. Look south from there to see a Goddess Cube on another column. Run south to jump onto that column.
Skyloft
In a locked shed near Kukiel's house. You can get it after you have obtained the Water Dragon's Scale and can swim into the hole under the windmill at Kukiel's house.		 Piece of Heart
Yellow Column
Lanayru Mine Entry Bird Statue		 When you first dive into the yellow column of light, go down to the base of the tower that you landed on, and go around the south side of it to find the Goddess Cube.
In the northeast part of the Sky, southeast of Beedle's island. Land on the lower level of the island and bomb the rock wall to reveal the chest.		 Silver Rupee (100 rupees)

Southwest Lanayru Desert		 After you rescue the robot from the Technoblins and get the Hook Beetle, you can reach the southwest part of the desert. Drop a bomb on the Ampilus to reach the small island with a Stamina Fruit on it, then drop another bomb on the Ampilus between you and the Goddess Cube. Run onto the Ampilus shell, let your stamina recharge, and run to the ledge with the Goddess Cube.
On an island east of the yellow column of light. The chest is on a ledge on the south side of the island.		 Heart Medal

Desert Gorge		 After you reach the western part of the Desert Gorge area of Lanayru Desert, you can bomb the rocks on the northernmost pillar to reveal a crystal. Activate it with the Hook Beetle, then kill the Technoblins and talk to the robot next to the mine cart. After the robot moves out of the way of the mine cart, get into it. When it stops, use the Hook Beetle on the crystal in the wall to the east. Get back into the mine cart, face north and charge up a Skyward Strike, and use it to hit the Goddess Cube as the mine cart goes past.

The Great Tree Bird Statue		 This Goddess Cube is on top of one of the roots of the Great Tree. You can fall down to it from the ledges that lead to the upper part of the tree, where you can hear the Kikwi Hermit snoring.
Skyloft
On a small floating island on the west side of Skyloft. Run off of the wooden ledge toward the island with the chest and you can skydive toward it. Use the Sailcloth to land safely.		 Silver Rupee (100 rupees)

The Great Tree Bird Statue		 This is easier to reach after you obtain the Clawshots. Go to the southeast root of the Great Tree and use the Clawshots on the target on the underside of the raised part of the root. Alternatively, you can try to jump down to this cube from the Great Tree Bird Statue.
On an island east of the Yellow Column. You will need to skydive through the hole in the top of the island. You can strum the harp near the butterflies to make a Gossip Stone appear. Then use the Clawshots on the wall target to reach the chest.		 Piece of Heart
Green Column
The Great Tree Bird Statue		 This is on the northeast side of the tree, on the area that faces the Viewing Platform. It is possible to reach it by going to the Great Tree Bird Statue and hanging down at just the right part of the edge, and letting go, to land on the platform with a rope that you can walk across to reach the Goddess Cube.
Inside the Thunderhead
On an island northeast of the Isle of Songs. Kill the Walltulas and climb up the vines to reach the chest.		 Rupee Medal

Lake Floria Bird Statue		 This cube is along the path where you follow Jellyf through the water, near the Lake Floria Bird Statue.
Skyloft
On a floating island on the east side of Skyloft. This is accessible after you get the Clawshots. Use the Clawshots on the vines of a floating island near Waterfall Cave, then look up and use the Clawshots on another set of vines. Climb up to the top where there is a pool of water, and go to the northeast part of the island where it sticks out over the island with the chest. Make a running start and skydive toward the chest, using the Sailcloth to land safely.		 Gold Rupee (300 rupees)

North Desert Bird Statue		 After you get the Clawshots, go through the northeast tunnel that is accessible by bombing a crack in the wall. At the end of the tunnel, use the Clawshots to go from target to target until you reach a ledge at the end. Go around the side, and use the Clawshot on the target to reach the ledge with the Goddess Cube.
Between Bamboo Island and Beedle's Island
Land on the lower level of the island, and swim through the tunnel. Do a Spin Attack at the end. Climb up the ledge to reach the chest.		 Heart Medal
Yellow Column
North Desert Bird Statue		 After you get the Clawshots, look south from the tower where you can enter Lanayru Mining Facility, to see a wall that has a Goddess Cube on it. There is a Clawshot target on that wall, near the south side of the tower.
On an island northwest of Fun Fun Island
Land on the eastern side of the island and climb down the vines to reach the chest.		 Life Medal
Yellow Column
Ancient Harbor Bird Statue		 In the first area of Lanayru Sand Sea, there are some boxes at the north side that you can climb. At the top, look to the west to see a Clawshot target. Use the Clawshots on it, then go north into the cave. Kill the many Arachas that fall from the ceiling, then use a Skyward Strike on the Goddess Cube.

Skipper's Retreat Bird Statue		 From the Skipper's Retreat Bird Statue, make your way up to an area with a bridge that has an Iron Shield Moblin on it. Go past the Moblin, then look southwest to see vines on the stone column. Use the Clawshots on the vines to reach the Goddess Cube on the far column.
Island northwest of Fun Fun Island
Land on the east side of the island, on the upper level, and use the Clawshots on the small spot of vines on the ceiling beyond the bars.		 Potion Medal

Pirate Stronghold Bird Statue		 After you open the teeth of the Pirate Stronghold, go outside and turn around to see a Clawshot target on the wall. Use it, then use the next one farther up to reach the ledge with the Goddess Cube.
Skyloft
On a floating island in eastern Skyloft. Go to the entrance of Waterfall Cave and use the Clawshots on the ivy on the floating island, then use the Clawshots on the ivy on the next island, with the pool of water in it. The chest is on the south side of this island.		 Piece of Heart

Inside the Volcano Bird Statue		 After you reach the large wall of flames with Gorko, go west and run up to the open window, then use the Clawshots on the vines to reach a platform with a Lizalfos on it. Kill the Lizalfos and use the Clawshots on the next set of vines to reach a Goddess Cube.

Inside the Volcano Bird Statue		 From the pond where you get the water to pour into the frog mouths, skydive off of the northern ledge, aiming for the northwest platform that is visible on the map. Place a beacon there if needed. The Goddess Cube is on that platform.

On the large southwest island. The chest is on a small wooden ledge on the southwest side of the island.		 Piece of Heart

Forest Temple Bird Statue		 Use the Clawshots on ivy above the eastern side of the temple, then go west and use the Clawshots on the ivy on the ledge leading up to the Goddess Cube.
Beedle's Island
To reach this chest, you need to go to Skyloft, ring the bell on Beedle's Airshop, go inside, and sleep on the bed in the corner until night (it's in the direction that Beedle is facing). Then leave the Airshop and go up the ladder on the building to reach a wooden ledge. Jump from the ledge to the chest. 		Rupee Medal

Floria Waterfall Bird Statue		 Use the Clawshots on the ivy above the east path and climb up to find the Goddess Cube.

Volcano Summit Bird Statue		 Starting with the volcanic eruption, you will be able to ride a floating platform that goes past the Goddess Cube in the southeast side of the Volcano Summit cave.
Inside the Thunderhead
On a small round island between the two large islands in the north and south. Land on the southern end of the island, where there is a digging spot in the ground. Dig into it and kill the Moldorm, then go to one of the beams of light in the corner. If you emerge at the correct one, you can climb up the vines to reach the chest. Lanayru Gorge Bird Statue		 When you reach the Tree of Life in Lanayru Gorge, you can blow the sand pile away with the Gust Bellows and hit the crystal to return the Tree of Life into a sapling. Then you can hop down and use a Skyward Strike on the Goddess Cube.
