After you help get the pirate's bell and give it to the Piratian Captain in Subrosia, you can reach the Horon Graveyard, where you find Level 7, the Explorer's Crypt.
Get a Key
Go north from the entrance, then go west and follow the path to the room with holes in the floor that you can't reach. There is an owl statue on the east side of the room, which says "the source of the curse is hidden in darkness". Go north, then go through the dark room and go north.
A voice says to exit the room before the fires go out. If you don't, you end up back at the entrance of the dungeon. Use a Pegasus Seed and hurry to the east side of the room. Exit east.
Kill all of the wizzrobes to make a chest appear. Open it to get a key.
Get a Ring
Go west, then use a pegasus seed and exit south. Go south through the dark room. Go west, then go around and use the southeast exit. Go to the right side of the room and unlock the door and go through.
Kill all of the Shrouded Stalfos and Zols to make a chest appear. Go to the top-right corner of the room and open the chest to get a ring.
Get the Compass
Go up the other stairs in in the room where you got the ring, then exit west, then north. Use the slingshot to shoot ember seeds at the torches up above. A ghost will appear and attack you with a sword. It can only charge toward you in a straight line, so hop down to the lower level and wait for the ghost to solidify, then dodge to the side and hit the ghost. Do this several times to make it go away.
Go north from the ghost room. Now you can stay in this room for as long as you want because you got rid of the ghost that was putting the torches out. Go to the bottom-left and bomb the cracks in the wall. Go through and go up to get the compass.
Get a Second Key
Go east from where you got the compass. Go to the right side of the room and use the Power Bracelet to push the rollers out of the way and reach the stairs in the middle. Go down.
Exit west. Go up the stairs and step on the switch to make a trampoline appear. Push it down once and left three times, then jump onto it. On the next floor, jump onto the switch to make a key fall. Drop back down the hole and get the key.
Get a Third Key
Go east from the trampoline room. Most of the armos statues here will come to life if you touch it (use the Magical Boomerang to kill it), but one of the armos statues does not come to life when you touch it. The non-living statue is random each time, so just try pushing them all, using the Magical Boomerang to kill the ones that come to life, until you find the statue that doesn't come to life. Push that statue onto the switch to open the door. Exit south.
Go to the southern part of the room and go down the stairs to the conveyor belt. Go north on the conveyor belt (you can use a Pegasus Seed, or wear the Quicksand Ring if you have it), and go up the stairs.
Get on the moving platform, then use the Magnetic Gloves to push yourself to the top-left corner. Exit north.
The tiles of the bridge above will throw themselves at you, so use a Pegasus Seed to run across. Exit west.
There are four buttons in this room on the west and south sides. When you press a button, the armos statues in that row are shifted toward the button. After you press the button, it becomes stuck and you can't press it again unless you leave the room and come back in. The objective is to make the armos statues form a square on the green tiles (some of which are covered up by armos statues when you enter).
To solve the puzzle, step on the switches in the following order:
3 1 2 4
If you did it correctly, a key falls onto the center tile. Take it.
Get the Dungeon Map
Go back the way you came, using the Magnetic Gloves to pull yourself close to the magnet until the moving platform arrives. Go up the stairs, then go to the south end of the conveyor belt. Go up the short flight of stairs, then go south to the next room.
Go to the blocks on the right side. Push the top right and bottom right blocks inward, and push the middle block down. Then go to the blocks on the left side and push the top left and bottom left blocks inward, and push the middle block up. Push the trampoline to the left side of the square so it's diagonally southwest from the top-left torch, as shown in the diagram below.
🔥🟫🟫🟫🔥 T🟫🟫 🟫 🔥🟫🟫🟫🔥
Go west and make your way around the conveyor belts. Get past the Shrouded Stalfos and the Bubble, then open the chest to get the Dungeon Map.
Get the Roc's Cape
Go back east from where you got the dungeon map and drop down the hole. Go to the right side of the room and unlock the door. Exit east.
Approach the stone tablet in the center, and a ghost appears. It moves in an arc, leaving a trail of flames behind. Just hit it with your sword until it is defeated.
Now go two screens west of where you fought the ghost. If you do not defeat the ghost before going to this room, the torches will go out and you will be sent back to the entrance before you can reach the stairs. To fight the ghost, go east twice and read the previous paragraph.
Swim into the water and press B to avoid the rollers. Go to the upper left of the room and go down the stairs.
Exit west. Use the magnetic gloves to pull the Darknuts from the other side into the hole. (If they aren't moving, press the Magnetic Gloves button again to change the polarity.) When they are gone, the bridge will appear. Go across, then exit north.
Hit the crystal switch to make the magnetic things rotate. Exit south.
Go back across the bridge and exit north while in the bridge room. Use the Magnetic Gloves to reach the platform on the right side of the room. Use a Pegasus Seed and the Roc's Feather to reach the platform at the top. Walk far enough south that you can turn left and use the Magnetic Gloves to be pulled to the spinning magnet on the left. When it has rotated you to the south, quickly press the Magnetic Gloves button to make it push you to the two trampolines. Jump onto the rightmost trampoline.
Kill the Stalfos in this room to make the door open. Fall back down the same hole that you came from.
Jump onto the leftmost trampoline using the Roc's Feather.
You should end up in a room with spikes. Avoid the Whisps and go to the top of the room and drop down the hole there. If you defeated the stalfos in this room earlier, the door should be open. If not, go back to the room with the spinning magnets and use the blue trampoline to reach the stalfos. Go through the north door in the room where you killed the stalfos.
Carefully jump north just before the moving platform is to the north of you. Wait for it to rotate around, and jump north to reach the chest. Open the chest to get the Roc's Cape. It replaces the Roc's Feather. You can press and hold the button to jump over gaps that are three squares wide. Use it now (but beware that the moving platform will push you to the left even if you are flying over it) to jump south to the exit. Go through.
Get a Fourth Key
In the room south of where you got the Roc's Cape, use the cape to jump over the gap to the right. Go south, then go to the west side of the room and fall down the hole there. Jump across the gap south of you, and exit south.
Go across the bridge and exit east. Go up the stairs. Go past the rollers to exit east. In the room with the trampoline, exit north. Go to the upper-right corner of the room and go down the stairs.
As before, get on the moving platform, then use the Magnetic Gloves to push yourself to the top-left corner. Exit north.
Once again, use a Pegasus Seed to run across the bridge. This time, go to the right side of the room and use the Roc's Cape to jump over the gaps. Exit east. Kill the Magunesus to make a trampoline appear. Push it up to the water's edge and jump onto it using the Roc's Cape. Get onto the moving platform and go up the stairs. Use the magnetic gloves to push the N magnet onto the switch down below. Hop down the ledge and open the chest to get a key.
Reach the Mini-Boss
Go west from where you got the key, then find the statue that you can push around and push it onto the switch. Go south twice, then west. Swim under the rollers and go down the stairs.
In this room, wait for the tiles to stop flying toward you. Unlock the key block and jump onto the platforms using the Roc's Cape. Jump onto the moving platform at the end and exit south.
Exit south again, then go around the south edge of the room and use the northeast exit. Jump down into the pit and use the Roc's Cape to keep jumping while you attack the Moldorms (or just wear the Roc's Ring if you have it). When they are defeated, go through the south door.
Jump toward the switch in the floor, but wait a moment before you hold the jump button to start floating. That way you can reach the button without falling into the hole. Go west from the switch, then go up the short flight of stairs there, and push the block out of the way, then exit east.
Poe Sisters
The Poe Sisters will go up to the torches and blow them out. If they blow out all four torches, you get sent back to the entrance of the dungeon. Equip your slingshot with Ember Seeds to light the torches if they are out. You should also try to hit the Poe Sisters when they go close to a torch so you can hit them before they blow it out. Try staying in the middle of the room and just waiting for the sisters to approach the torches, and hit them then.
When both Poe Sisters are defeated, the east door opens. Go through.
Get a Rupee
Go up the lower set of stairs near the entrance, then the stairs to the right, and again the stairs to the right, then the stairs below you. Open the chest to get 1 rupee.
Then go back up the stairs near the chest, then use the upper set of stairs, then go up and left and use those stairs. Follow the path to the next set of stairs and exit north.
Get a Fifth Key
Go to the top of the room and use the magnetic gloves to be pulled to the upper magnet. When you are below it, reverse the polarity to go to a small ledge near the bottom of the room.
Use the Roc's Cape to jump to the ledge to the right. Use the magnetic gloves on the magnet to the left, then when you are above it, turn left and use the magnetic gloves to grab the magnet to the left. When you are above it, push away to end up on the cracked ledge up above. Quickly go around and use the Roc's Cape to jump to the ledge at the bottom left.
Jump onto the moving platform, wait for it to go to the left side of the room, then jump to the ledge up above. Exit north.
You can use a Scent Seed to make the Stalfos fall into the pits. Otherwise, jump around with the Roc's Cape to kill all of the monsters in this room. Then get the key that falls from the ceiling.
Get the Boss Key
Go south to the previous room. Go to the moving platform at the bottom. There is a ledge at the bottom right. Jump onto it and push the upper-right block up into the hole. Go north.
Unlock the door and go through.
Hop across the ledge to the north, then exit north. Go down the stairs, then exit south.
The statues next to the switches tell you which order to press them in. Use a Pegasus Seed and the Roc's Cape to float to the bottom switch, then the top switch, then the middle switch. A ledge will appear on the right side of the room. Jump to the ledge at the bottom right, then walk up the stairs and hop over the ledge. Exit north.
Step on the switch to make a red trampoline appear. Drop down to that level and push the trampoline to the bottom edge. Use the Roc's Cape to jump onto the trampoline. In the upper room that you end up in, go onto the moving platform. The owl statue says "Below me, red. To my right, red. Only I shall shine blue."
Ride the platform to the right side of the room and go down the stairs. On the right side, hit the bottom switch. This should make both of them red. Go back up the stairs and ride to the left side of the room. Go down the stairs, and on the left side, hit both switches once, which should make the top switch blue and the bottom switch red. This should open the door. Go back up the stairs. Ride the moving platform and fall into one of the gaps to the left or right of the owl statue.
Go through the door and kill all of the monsters in here. Open the chest to get the boss key.
Reach the Boss
Go south from where you got the boss key, and fall into the hole. You should end up in the watery room with the trampoline. Go up the stairs and go south. Hop across the ledge and exit west. Go south until you are in the room with the stair maze. Go up the stairs.
Use the stairs to the left, then go to the bottom-right corner of the room and use the stairs there. Go to the left side of the room to reach the boss door. Unlock it and go through.
Gleeok
The two Gleeok heads spit flames. Use the Roc's Cape to jump over the flames. Hit the two heads with your sword until they are both destroyed. Try staying between the two heads, because if you wait too long after destroying one head, it will regenerate and you have to start over. You can use spin attacks to get rid of the heads more quickly.
After the heads are gone, the skeleton will jump up to make the ground shake. You have to jump before it lands so you don't get stunned by the shaking ground. After it jumps, wait for it to charge toward you, and jump over it when it does, then hit it repeatedly. Continue jumping to avoid the shaking ground, then jumping over the charging skeleton and hitting it after, until it dies.
Get the Essence
Exit west to get the Seed of Life. The Maku Tree doesn't know where the next essence is, so it's up to you to figure it out. There is only one big area in the overworld that you haven't been able to explore yet, and that is the Temple Remains.
