After you defeat Roxanne and get the Stone Badge, a Team Magma/Aqua Grunt steals the Devon Parts and runs off to Route 116.

Explore the Route

In Route 116, you can catch Taillow, Whismur, Zigzagoon, Skitty, and Nincada.

The path splits in two near the entrance. In the south path, you encounter Bug Catcher Jose, who has Wurmple, Nincada, and Silcoon. Near Jose, there is a Repel. In the north path, you find Youngster Joey, who has Zigzagoon and Machop. Near Joey, there is a Potion.

To the east, you encounter Lass Janice. She has Marill.

East of Janice, you encounter Hiker Clark. He has two Geodudes.

North of the Hiker, there is the Tunnelers' Rest House. A Black Belt is standing outside and says that some "goons" (probably the Team Magma/Aqua Grunts) kicked him out of the tunnel and are blocking the path.

West of the Tunnelers' Rest House, there is a path that you can access with Cut.

Near the first tree, you find Schoolkid Jerry, who has Ralts.

After that, you find Schoolkid Karen. She has Shroomish and Whismur.

West of Karen, there are a couple of Chesto Berry trees.

South of those trees, there is an Ether.

East of the Tunnelers' Rest House, you find Mr. Briney in front of the cave. A Team Magma/Aqua Grunt stole his Peeko!

Go east from him and go up the stairs to find an X Sp. Atk on the cliff.

Then go back and enter the Rusturf Tunnel.
