If you are playing Pokémon White, you can reach White Forest after you beat the game. The residents in White Forest affect which pokémon you can encounter there. There can be at most 10 residents in White Forest at a time. There are 25 possible residents.

You can add new people to White Forest by visiting another player's Black City via the Entralink.

Each NPC in White Forest has a secret point value that decreases by 5 every day. If the point value goes to 0, the resident leaves. You increase the NPCs' points by 3 each time you go to White Forest. You increase their points by 10 when you talk to them.
