After visiting the four knights of the Cobble Kingdom, you can enter the temple of King Mutoh.
Mutoh's Temple 1F
Go north, then northeast. Put a bomb near the end of the dead-end. This will break open a hole in the north wall. There is a trap door to the north of the hole that you opened, so you might want to make a note of it on your map.
Go back to the entrance and hit the crystal switch on the right, then go back to the hole that you bombed open, avoid the trap door above that, then cross the bridge. This will make the bridge stay permanently extended.
Go east from the bridge and step on the floor switch in the eastern corner of the pyramid. This makes a shortcut. Then go north. You will have to kill two Stalfos. After they are dead (or more dead than they were), a bridge will extend to the north. Cross the bridge and step on the switch to light the torch.
Go back to the entrance and hit the crystal switch on the left (or stand to the right of the two moving blocks, and use a Bombchu to hit it). Then go west across the two moving blocks, then avoid the trap door to the left, and go north onto the third moving block, and cross the bridge before it retracts.
After you cross the bridge, it stays extended permanently. Go west and step on the switch in the west corner of the pyramid to open a shortcut. Then go north. You will have to fight another two Stalfos. After they're gone, go north up the bridge, then step on the switch to light the torch. When both torches are lit, the spikes go away, so go down the stairs.
Mutoh's Temple B1
Go south and cross the bone bridge, then go up the stairs that you find at the end of the path. From there, go up the stairs to the northeast.
Mutoh's Temple 2F
Tap the door to open it. There are Rupee Likes in this area that you can reveal by throwing the boomerang at the rupees. There is a treasure chest in the southwest corner of the area. Go south and up the stairs, then jump off of the ledge on the left and go up the stairs.
Mutoh's Temple 3F
Two Stalfos attack, and there is also a Rupee Like in the upper-right corner. After you kill them all, open the chest to get the hammer.
Go downstairs.
Mutoh's Temple 2F, part 2
Equip the hammer and tap the rusted switch to open the door. Go through. Stand on the footprints, then equip the hammer and tap the target. This will launch you to the next platform.
Up above, you can use the hammer on the Terrorpins to flip them over, then kill them with the sword.
Jump off of the ledge to the right, then go down the stairs.
Mutoh's Temple 1F, part 2
Use the hammer and sword to kill the Terrorpins, then hit the rusted switch with the hammer to open the door. Go down the stairs beyond the door.
Mutoh's Temple B1, part 2
Go all the way to the left, go up the stairs, and roll the boulder to the right so it breaks the other boulder. Go north along the bone bridge, then go west along the next bone bridge.
The door will close and you will have to fight two Stalfos Warriors. You can kill them instantly with the hammer.
Go northeast and down the stairs.
Mutoh's Temple B2
Go west and hit the two rusted switches to make the rolling spikes start rolling. Go west and then south to the moving block. Hit the rusted switches on both sides, and get onto the second moving block. Hit the rusted switch at the other side to make the rolling spikes start moving.
Go to the southwest corner and open the chest to get a Courage Gem. Then go north and up the eastern stairs, and open the chest there to get a Small Key. Then go up the nearby stairs.
Mutoh's Temple B1, part 3
Step on the nearby switch to open the door to the north, then go north and unlock the door across the bone bridge. Hit the floating pyramid to lower the water. Go south and jump down to the area where the water used to be. Go west and kill the Stalfos Warrior, then go west and read the sign. Hit the middle blue tile to flip all nine tiles over, turning them into red Os. Go south through the door that opened.
Go up the stairs and use the catapult to go to the upper ledge, and hit the thing to get arrows if needed. While standing on this ledge, shoot an arrow at the nearby floating pyramid to make the water come up.
Go south across the bone bridge. To the east, you will find more tiles that you can flip over with the hammer. Hit the ground beside the blue X tiles to make only those tiles flip over. Make all of the tiles turn into red Os. When you do, a nearby door opens.
Go east and cross the bone bridge. Then shoot an arrow to the left to hit the floating pyramid, lowering the water again. Jump off the ledge to the right and go south to the stairs. Go down.
Mutoh's Temple B2, part 2
There is another flip tile puzzle here. You need to turn all the tiles into red Os. Click the button to see one way to solve the puzzle.

A bridge will extend to the east when you solve the puzzle. Go across and go upstairs.
Mutoh's Temple B1, part 4
Go east and make a note of the tile pattern. You will need to recreate this pattern later. Use the two catapults to go up. Use the boomerang to hit the arrow shooter to the east so that it points down. Shoot an arrow at it to hit the floating pyramid. Go east across the bone bridge, then change the tiles here to match the tiles that were down below. Click the button to see one possible solution.

After you solve the puzzle, cross the bone bridge and shoot the arrow shooter to lower the water, then go down to the ledge where the door opened, and go through.
Go west and you can find a chest that contains a big green rupee. Go north and roll the boulder to the left to put it onto the footprints of the catapult. Use the hammer on the catapult to put the boulder on the upper ledge. Push that boulder to the right to get rid of the other boulder. Then go east and open the chest to get a small key. Then use the catapult to go up above.
Go northeast and fall off the ledge to the right. Follow the path around the room, unlocking the door on the way.
Hit the catapult to make the boulder go up, then stand on the catapult to send yourself up. Go up the stairs and catapult the boulder higher, then go up the stairs and send the boulder higher again. Then stand on the catapult and send yourself up. Then push the boulder to the left until it rolls off and breaks the other boulder. Go west and open the chest to get the Boss Key.
Go to the right and then go south down the ledges. Go west and go down the stairs.
Mutoh's Temple B2, part 3
Get on the moving platform, but set down the Boss Key and use the hammer to kill the Stalfos on each side. When the platform starts going to the left, pick up the Boss Key. Go to the left when the platform reaches the end. Tap the Boss Door to put the Boss Key in.
Go north and use the catapults, then go down the stairs.
Mutoh's Temple B3
Go down to the lower area, then go north and check on the sign to make the blue light appear. Then go north to the boss room.
Eox
Circle around the room to avoid Eox's arrows, and to avoid when he slams his fist into the ground, creating a shockwave. Send yourself up with the catapults, and when you are in the air, use the hammer to hit the red pegs on Eox's body. Hit each red peg until the stone of that body part crumbles. Run between Eox's feet if necessary to reach the remaining red pegs more quickly.
After you have destroyed all of the stone, more red pegs appear on the front of Eox's body. You have to catapult up, then hit all four red pegs before you land. This will make Eox collapse, and his head will start to bounce around toward you, sometimes stopping to shoot arrows at you. Make Eox come close to a catapult, then catapult yourself up. You will land on top of Eox's head. Attack the crystal on top of Eox's head. Repeat this until Eox dies.
Aquanine
After the battle, open the chest to get a Heart Container, then go down the stairs behind the chest. Go north to the sarcophagus and tap the ghost. Tap the Aquanine to take it. Then step into the blue light to leave the temple.
