Fingus and Winkle arrive in a village and begin their quest to rescue the Prince Buffoon.
Get the Bottle
Your first task is to get the bottle that is behind the two old men. To do so,
have 
Fingus walk behind the old men so he's standing to the
left of the bottle. Then switch to 
Winkle and click on the
Sausage next to the Notable (the person on the left). While the old men are
laughing, switch to Fingus and click the bottle to take it.
That is all you can do here right now, so move the cursor to the bottom right corner of the screen until it turns into a door icon, and click to go to the Fountain, or move the mouse to the top of the screen and choose the wooden sign, then click Fountain to go to the Fountain.
