After reaching Izumo, an impostor encases the town in ice and you must break through to defeat him.

Seize

In this unusual battle, you have to attack the ice to break it. However, there are many enemies hiding in the ice. On the plus side, every single enemy will drop an item upon defeat. Therefore, you should break through all of the ice and defeat all of the enemies before defeating Zola and seizing the seize tile.
