List of Places to Get Shuriken
Shuriken are thrown ninja weapons that Shadow can use. To acquire more Shuriken, there are several places that sell them.
Sabin's Scenario Merchant
During Sabin's Scenario, Sabin will wash up near a house on the world map. Go to that house, and a merchant will ride up on a chocobo. Talk to this merchant and you can buy Shuriken.
Phantom Train Merchant
After you board the Phantom Train, you will reach a train car full of ghosts. Some of the ghosts are vendors that will sell you things, including Shuriken.
Albrook
After you get Setzer's Airship, you can use it to go to the Empire's continent. After you go to the Cave to the Sealed Gate and meet with Gestahl in the Imperial Palace, you will go to Albrook as part of the story. Albrook is southeast of Vector, and southwest of the Imperial Base. In the Albrook Weapon Shop, you can purchase Shuriken.
Later, in the World of Ruin, you can find Albrook on the first continent you reach after you leave the Solitary Island on the raft.
Kohlingen Weapon Shop
In the World of Balance, on the way to Zozo, you will pass through the town of Kohlingen, where you can buy Shuriken.
In the World of Ruin, after you help Edgar get rid of the Tentacles in the castle, you can make the castle move to Kohlingen. Go northwest from the castle to reach the town. You can buy Shuriken at the weapon shop in Kohlingen.
Thamasa Weapon Shop
In the World of Ruin, you can find Thamasa in the southeastern part of the world map. The Thamasa Shop sells Shuriken, but only in the World of Ruin.
