How to Purchase the Indigo Disk

To purchase The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero DLC, load your saved game in Pokémon Scarlet or Pokémon Violet, then press X to open the menu. In the bottom-right, there will be a picture of the DLC artwork. Select that picture and you can choose to go to the eShop to purchase the DLC.

How to Start The Indigo Disk

After you purchase the DLC, if you are still playing the game, save and close the game, then open it again. You can start The Indigo Disk if you have defeated Kieran for the first time in Mossui Town in Kitakami. You will receive a phone call from Director Clavell, who says that you have been invited to participate in an exchange program with Blueberry Academy in the Unova region.

Go to Naranja/Uva Academy

If you have received the phone call from Director Clavell about meeting the headmaster of Blueberry Academy, go to the Academy, and there will be a cutscene.

Talk to Director Cyrano to Go to Blueberry Academy

When you're ready to go, talk to Director Cyrano to go to Blueberry Academy. There will be a cutscene. You can ask whichever question you prefer.

It is recommended to have pokémon of at least level 65 before you start The Indigo Disk. It is best to have all eight Gym Badges from the Paldean Pokémon League if you want to catch the wild pokémon that can be found at Blueberry Academy.

Helpful Pokémon to Catch

You don't have to win the next battle, but some helpful pokémon to catch for it are a wild Terastallized Lucario in the cave under Dalizapa Passage, south of Glaseado Mountain in Paldea; a wild Terastallized Mimikyu in the lake in the mountains southwest of the North Province (Area Two) bamboo forest Pokémon Center; and a wild Terastallized Garchomp in the rocky cave area between Porto Marinada and Medali.

Go to the Entrance

After you meet Lacey, go northwest to the entrance. There will be a cutscene, and you will have a double battle against Lacey. It's OK if she defeats you; the story will progress either way. Lacey has the following pokémon. If you followed the above advice for helpful pokémon to catch, Lucario and Mimikyu work well against Plusle and Minun, and Garchomp works well against Excadrill.

Start by focusing attacks on Minun, since its Special Attack will keep increasing whenever Plusle uses Discharge.
