Talk to Trott at Outskirt Stable, which is near Rota Ooh Shrine, to start the quest.

How to Complete the Quest

Raw Gourmet Meat can be obtained by hunting wolves, coyotes, water buffalo, bears, and so on. After you obtain some, go back to Trott and give it to him to get a Silver Rupee. He will pay you whenever you bring him Raw Gourmet Meat from then on.
