A guide on how to find and complete the Shae Loya shrine and solve the "Aim for the Moment" puzzle.
How to Reach the Shrine
Go to Rota Ooh Shrine and get a horse from the Outskirt Stable (if you have not yet tamed and boarded a horse at a stable, you can tame a wild horse in the hills north of the Great Plateau or use the Super Smash Bros. Link amiibo near the stable).
Then go north on the road near the stable. You will cross Manhala Bridge, then there will be a fork in the path. Go right (North) at the fork. Eventually you will pass through Sanidin Park Ruins, and shortly after that you cross Jeddo Bridge. Then when the path splits, go to the left. After a while, you will reach the Tabantha Bridge Stable. This shrine is on the hill south of the stable.
How to Solve the Shrine
There is a wooden platform to the right of where you entered the room. Shoot an arrow at each of the ropes to make the platform fall. Open the chest to get a Falcon Bow.
There is a large orb being launched up and down on the other side of the room. You can either shoot it with an arrow or lift the metal treasure chest with Magnesis and push it into the orb. If the orb doesn't roll into the target after that, shoot it with an arrow (or hit it with the chest) again, and repeat the process until the orb rolls into the target.
The launcher near where you entered the room will start going up and down. Stand on it to be launched upward, then float to where the orb used to be going up and down. Open the chest there to get random ore.
Then go back to the launcher near where you entered the shrine. Turn to face the symbol on the wall above the gate. When you are launched upward, shoot an arrow at the crystal switch in the wall. This will open the gate to Shae Loya.
