How to Find the Shrine

Go northwest from Katosa Aug Shrine or west from the Akkala Ancient Tech Lab, to the Akkala Wilds and the ridge north of Skull Lake. If it's raining, try to start a fire and sit until later. There is a tree to the north of the shrine where you will find Bokoblins. If you kill them, you can try starting a fire under the tree platform

Once it stops raining, find a high point on the ridge where you can float to the shrine on the skull's eye. You should land below the shrine on the pillar, close enough that you still have enough stamina to climb up the rest of the way.

About the Shrine

The chest in the shrine contains a Flameblade.
